This nail caught my eye. I don't know why, but I snapped a shot. I Love the focus here. The picture shows so much more detail then I even saw when I was standing there.

This is excellent composition. You got two great shots here with your macro. The leaf looks transparent and I really like that about the shot as well as the light on the water! The focus on the nail is excellent.
You can actually see the water rushing in this, and that poor leaf fighting against the rough current against it. It's just simply amazing. Makes me think of early fall or spring.
And that nail is just so cool. It could have so many indepth meanings to/behind it, yet you say you only took it cause it looked cool. No social comment, no artsy-fartsy meaning. Just because it was cool. Awesome!
